Encontro Ciência 2025 is Portugal’s largest science and technology event, and this year was held from July 9 to 11 at NOVA SBE in Carcavelos. Centered on the theme “Science, Innovation, and Society,” it gathered over 2,200 participants, including researchers, policymakers, and the public, to discuss the impact of science on society.

The program featured around 60 sessions and a public exhibition, with over 200 national and international speakers. Highlights included contributions from government officials and the European Commission, as well as sessions on international collaborations with U.S. universities. STABVIDA and IHMT presented two posters related with DxHub at the event.
