Georgios Panagiannakis
I am Panagiannakis Georgios, Director and Deputy Quality Manager of the company.
I hold a degree from the Department of Agricultural Product Technology (School of Food and Food Technology, Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata).
From 2008 to 2014, I worked in olive oil and wine analysis laboratories, gaining experience in analytical procedures.
Since 2014, I have been working at the company as Director.
I have served as a consultant to companies in the food sector on food safety and quality issues, having drafted and supervised the implementation of safety management standards (ISO 22000).
At Bioresearch Laboratories S.A., I have participated in two national research programs (LAKIMEAT, TESHIDCRET), focusing on coordination and management tasks.

My name is Catherine Ftylaki. I am a graduate of the Department of Chemistry of the University of Crete. I have been working as chemist in charge of the chemical laboratory sector of the company “Bioresearch Laboratories S.A.” from 2017 until today.

Konstantinos Kaliafentakis
Ι hold an Integrated Master’s degree in Agricultural Biotechnology from the Agricultural University of Athens. Since 2020, I have been working at Vioerevnitika SA as a laboratory analyst, and I am currently in charge of the Analytical Chemistry Department. My main responsibilities include the development and validation of analytical methods (HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP-MS), as well as conducting routine analyses. Since joining the company, I have attended seminars on food safety and participated in specialized training courses in analytical chemistry, continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in the field.Marina Neonaki

In addition, since 2016, I have been serving as the head of laboratories at Bioerevnitika S.A., where I have gained extensive experience in quality control and the application of scientific methods in the fields of food and health.
I am knowledgeable in the ISO 17025 standard and actively apply it in the context of accredited laboratory operation, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of testing presedures.
My diverse academic and professional background has equipped me with strong skills in management, research, and the practical application of scientific knowledge.

Nikos Voutzourakis
Dr. Voutzourakis holds a University Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Department of Dietetics and Nutritional Science of Harokopio University of Athens and a M. Sc. in Human Nutrition from Department of Food Science and Technology, of Agricultural University of Athens. In 2019 he was awarded his PhD from the Faculty of Science Agriculture and Engineering of Newcastle University. He is a certificated Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor and holds a FELASA category C degree for handling of experimental animals. He has participated as an assistant researcher in 3 European and 1 National research projects and has published 13 papers in international peer-review Journals (265 citations; h-index 8).
