Innovative ideas do not automatically become successful businesses. This masterclass will introduce participants to the Business Model Canvas, a widely used framework for understanding, designing, and communicating business models. Through real-world examples, we will explore how organizations create, deliver, and capture value, and discuss the key questions that every entrepreneur, researcher, and innovator should address when bringing an idea to market.

Mini CV:

Miguel Mondragão is a biomedical scientist and project manager with over a decade of experience across academic research, preclinical development, and the biotech industry. He holds a PhD in Neurobiology and has worked from bench science to European-funded projects and regulatory quality systems. Currently Health Project Manager at P-BIO, he combines scientific rigour with a pragmatic approach to strategy and organisational delivery
